Emotional Baggage

I like the term "emotional baggage". For me it conveys a sense of lugging something around. Something cumbersome and extraneous. A bother. But a bother with a handle. Emotional baggage can be dropped. Left at the station. Tossed overboard. Left behind. At least it can now that we have EFT. I love it.

Welcome to my blog! I come to this work as a Certified EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and Trainer for EFT Universe. I’ve helped over a thousand clients drop their emotional baggage and replace limiting beliefs. I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oregon, 1983 and over the past 28 years I’ve worked with many folks, from staffing the “graveyard shift” at a suicide prevention hotline, to caring for abused children at our county shelter home, and volunteering with combat vets suffering from PTSD. My passion is helping others transform their lives to become happy, successful and at peace.
